Cushion Contour Insert
The Contour Insert™ is composed of a firm urethane base which features a cut-out in the pelvic loading area, that allows you to customize the cushion in order to obtain the best level of skin protection. Particularly useful in cases of progressive diseases, the Contour Insert™ can be fitted with a variety of inserts.
Clinical applications:
- Balanced distribution of weight and reduction of pressure points;
- Diminution of friction and shearing;
- Lesion prevention;
- Diminution of pressure on bony prominence (ischium and coccyx).
SKIN PROTECTION AND LOWER LIMB ALIGNMENT
The Contour Insert™ cushion is designed to offer long-term satisfaction, aiming to meet the user’s postural requirements in optimal comfort.

This cushion was constructed with a seat well at the sacral region to limit contact of high-risk areas (such as the coccyx, lower spine) during pelvic movement.

The different inserts offered with this cushion will allow you to alternate between work on the sitting posture and cutaneous protection.
Five inserts are available:
- ROHO® adjustable air cell insert.
- Cube gel top layer and urethane foam base.
- Pebble gel top layer and urethane foam base.
- Sunmate top layer and urethane foam base.
- Temper T36 top layer and Temper T38 foam base.
