I have been in the medical mobility industry for over 10 years. I have wide technical background as I started as a service technician before working my way through to all types of equipment including lift and elevating sales consulting and always growing my knowledge along the years, with recently becoming a RRTS certified provider. I have many life experiences including being married to my amazing wife Michele and raising our 2 amazing children, always working hard to provide them and my 19 year old son Bryce who is a wheelchair and lift user with love and devotion. Thinking outside the box comes naturally to me. Helping clients gain mobility and independence is a feeling next to none and I always go above and beyond for them.
I am also the Co-Founder of the Miracle League of Ottawa, a fully accessible baseball diamond and playground. I enjoy playing slo-pitch and recreational hockey. I am also a competitive level sledge hockey coach and I love seeing the smiles that this sport brings.
I always look forward to work with my clients to enhance their daily lives and how they continue to grow with us at TLC Medical Supply, a company that always out their customers first providing them with extra care and support.

We would like to welcome Robert Colley to the TLC family in the role of Rehab Equipment Consultant. He currently holds RRTS certification through NRRTS. Robert has a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant always providing superior care to his residents. Over the last 6 years he has worked within our industry starting as a Sr, service technician and quickly transitioning to a Rehab Equipment Consultant who specializes in Seating & Mobility and has extensive experience in Long Term Care and home medical equipment for aging in place. His values of putting the client first and seeking to provide safety and comfort to both clients and caregivers closely align with the core values of TLC Medical Supply and we will fully support him every step of the way.

Eric has a background in simply fixing everything required. He decided to change the field of work he was originally committed too for over 15 years as a service technician for a printing and hardware base organization in Cornwall. Since he joined us in September 2021, Eric has continued to grow his knowledge and his devotion to our field of work, his enthusiasm and constant hard-working mentality makes him an amazing addition to TLC Medical Supply team, and we look forward to growing with him.
Eric is originally from Sudbury and has an education background in computer engineering and electronics engineering. He resides outside of Ottawa with his son Benjamin, his girlfriend and 3 children, Aidyn, Blake, Makyelah, and their 2 dogs (Boxer-Dakota & Chow Chow-Keesha). Eric has great people skills and is always fun to be around, he finds solution to mostly all situations as he’s always looking for new challenges.
He enjoys being outdoors, campfires, riding snowmobiles, ATV, spending time with my family and friends but also working on anything mechanical. Maintenance, repairs, overhaul or customizing.
